Terms and conditions

1/ Purpose

The present contract concerning the online sale of products is made between Matière Première and the customer.

2/ Effective date and duration

These general sales conditions shall become effective from the date of the sending of the online order.
They shall remain in force during all the time necessary to provide subscribed goods and services, until the expiry of the guarantees due by matierepremiere.com.
The confirmation email contains the essential characteristics of the product, the selling price inclusive of tax (VAT) or excluding taxes (VAT) and the amount of postage.

These general conditions are concluded for the time necessary for the provision of goods and services subscribed to extinction guarantees.

3/ Prices and taxes

Prices are indicated in in euros (€) and are only valid at the date when the buyer sends the order form.
They do not include delivery charges, which are charged as extra costs and are indicated before the validation of the order. 
Prices do include the VAT applicable at the date of the order. Any change of situation shall automatically be reflected in the prices of the products for sale on matierepremiere.com.
Full payment must be made upon ordering, except in case of notified offer in Matiere Premiere website. At no time any sums paid may be considered as a deposit or a down payment.

 

4/ Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically added to your order according to destination. 

Metropolitan France and Corsica :

- Orders more than 50 € : FREE
- Orders less than 50 € : 2,99 € 

Dom-Tom :
- Martinique, Réunion, Guadeloupe, St Pierre et Miquelon, Guyane Française : 7,00 €
- Nouvelle Calédonie, Polynésie Française, Tahiti : 8 €

CEE + Switzerland : 7,00 €

Other countries (International) : 10 €

- Insurance is included in all our shipping fees.

5/ Tracking your order

The day your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a postal link. 

You can also track your package by clicking on "Track my order" in your account order history. 

6/ Picking up your order in our shop in Paris

If you are in Paris,  our free in-store pick up option allows you to shop in the comfort of your own home, saving you shipping fees and postal delivery time.

You will receive an email when your order is ready. You can then come to pick it up at our store: 12 rue de Sevigne, Paris 75004 (Metro Saint Paul, Line 1).

A surprise gift will be included inside your order! 

7/ Payment 

Our accepted methods of payment include:

- Visa, Mastercard
- Paypal
- Bank transfer

8/ Delivery Time

Your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days + postal delivery time (according to destination). 

We will not be held responsible for delays caused by the postal service or by customs.

Preparation of your order may take longer during sales. 


9/ Nonconformity

In case of non conformity of the goods delivered compared to the control (the confirmation email as proof), the company undertakes to remedy or to reimburse you for all costs incurred (return postage included) . For any complaints please contact us by e-mail within 10 days of receipt.

 

10/ Delivery problems due to carrier

Any defect concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery slip, damaged package, broken product…) should imperatively be mentioned on the delivery slip in the form of “handwritten reserves” signed by the client.In the case of shipping by ordinary mail, if the parcel is delivered open or damaged (in particular with the presence of the yellow Scotch tape " La Poste") it is essential that a Post Office agent testifies this "report on spoliation" (report n° 170) so that Internet and E Commerce can start an investigation.

At the same time, the buyer shall confirm this defect by sending the carrier the claims by registered e-mail, within 3 days after the delivery date.

 

11/ Garantees

The products sold on the company site Matiere Premiere benefit from the legal warranty provided articles 1641 of the Civil Code, as well as ensuring compliance with respect to non-professional buyers as provided by Articles L211- 1 to L.212-1 of the Consumer Code.

The company Matiere Premiere guaranteed jewelery contain no nickel or lead salt. If the product you received has a defect, please let us know by email as soon as possible. You must then return the goods by mail within a short time enclosing the delivery. The faulty item will be exchanged within the limits of available stocks. If the product is not available, and only in this case, the company Raw will refund the full amount paid and within a maximum period of 30 days. Raw society will not accept returns beyond a period of 30 days following the delivery.

 

12/ Returns

You will have 15 days to request a reimbursement.

Whatever the reason, we will refund you the price of items purchased (in good condition). Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, with the receipt, and within 15 days after you've received them. 

We do not accept exchanges
Shipping fees will not be reimbursed. 

ATTENTION : Wholesale Swarovski packages will not be accepted if opened!

The retraction period runs from the date of receipt of the goods until the shipping date indicated on the return package. You must then return the goods to Commodity 12, rue de Sevigne 75004 Paris, France; by mail (at your expense return postage) within 7 days (date of postmark), enclosing the delivery note and any customs documents. Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company will refund the full amount paid and within a maximum period of 30 days.

 

13/ Data protection

Under the "Informatique et libertés" French law 1978, you can request a copy of the personal information Internet & E-commerce holds and to which you are entitled.

14/ Costumers service

The company Matiere Premiere is committed to respond quickly and at the latest within 10 days any order or claim made in French or English by email: contact@matierepremiere.fr

 

15/ Governing law

These general sales conditions are governed by French law.If any dispute or claim arises, the buyer shall preferably turn to Internet and E commerce in order to seek a non adversarial solution.
