If your order will be sent to an European country (C.E.E), prices will be shown with all taxes included (prix TTC). 

If your order will be sent to a non-European country, the prices listed will not include taxes (prix HT).

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically added to your order according to destination. 

Metropolitan France and Corsica :

- Orders more than 50 € : FREE
- Orders less than 50 € : 4.20 € 

Dom-Tom :
- Martinique, Réunion, Guadeloupe, St Pierre et Miquelon, Guyane Française : 10,00 €
- Nouvelle Calédonie, Polynésie Française, Tahiti :12.00 €

CEE + Switzerland : 10,00 €

Other countries (International) : 20.00 €

- Insurance is included in all our shipping fees.

Tracking your order

The day your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a postal link. 

You can also track your package by clicking on "Track my order" in your account order history. 

Delivery Time

Your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days + postal delivery time (according to destination). 

We will not be held responsible for delays caused by the postal service or by customs.

Preparation of your order may take longer during sales. 


You will have 15 days to request a reimbursement.

Whatever the reason, we will refund you the price of items purchased (in good condition). Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, with the receipt, and within 15 days after you've received them. 

We do not accept exchanges
Shipping fees will not be reimbursed. 

ATTENTION : Wholesale Swarovski packages will not be accepted if opened!
